Any confusion on the part of the customer, is not the responsibility of Darryl Barker Productions and refunds will not be issued due to any such failure by customer to read product descriptions. Case in Point: The program titled “UFO Over Illinois” produced by Termite Productions for the Discovery and Learning Channels is not a property of Darryl Barker Productions, nor is it sold by Darryl Barker Productions.

Product Pricing

The List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price, not including handling and shipping, for the product itself.

Using Our On-Line Sales Gateway and Shopping Cart

Darryl Barker Productions utilizes On-Line merchant services with Amazon.com, an approved and secure e-commerce vendor. Amazon.com processes all credit card transactions made for our products. Placing an available item in your Amazon.com shopping cart does not complete your purchase. Available product inventory is assigned to your order after you confirm your order within the Amazon.com shopping cart. Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Darryl Barker Productions are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Shipping and Handling

DVDs purchased from Darryl Barker Productions are carefully inspected and hand-shipped. DVDs are shipped within 1 to 3 days of purchase.

Refunds/Returns/Cancellations

Per Amazon.com's refund policy, Darryl Barker Productions will refund UNOPENED DVD product (original shrinkwrap must be intact) if returned within 30 days of shipping date. Other Returns: Defective DVD media will be replaced only upon receipt and verification of defective media. Due to quality control standards, all outgoing DVDs are inspected and are free of surface defects (including scratches). As a result, returns claiming scratched DVD media will not be replaced or refunded. Order cancellations are valid only if cancelled prior to shipment.
